1.用途：本機(jī)器適用于鋁型材冷擠壓工藝,，也適用于各種金屬材料及可塑性材料的精密沖裁,、落料,、沖孔、彎曲,、翻邊,、拉伸成型以及大型結(jié)構(gòu)件的校正、汽摩配件精密冷,、熱擠壓成型工藝,。

2.特點(diǎn)：機(jī)器具有獨(dú)立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng)，并采用觸摸屏顯示精準(zhǔn)位移與產(chǎn)品計(jì)數(shù)，觸摸屏電腦＋PLC＋電子位移尺組合,，方便設(shè)置與控制滑塊上限,、快轉(zhuǎn)慢、下限,、保壓時(shí)間等參數(shù),。可實(shí)現(xiàn)手動(dòng)調(diào)整和半自動(dòng)及自動(dòng)三種工作方式,。每種工作狀態(tài)均可實(shí)現(xiàn)精確位移定程及伺服比例定壓兩種壓制方式,。

1. Can achieve manual adjustment and semi-automatic and automatic three working modes. Each working state can achieve accurate displacement and servo proportional pressure two pressing methods.
