一,、機器用途,、工作條件及動作
1.1、本機器適用于鋼材,、可塑性材料的彎曲,、沖裁,、落料、壓延,、壓印,、成型、壓裝以及結構件的校正工藝,。機器具有獨立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng),，并采用觸摸屏顯示位移與產品計數(shù)、觸摸屏+PLC+光柵位移控制組合,，方便設置與控制滑塊上限,、快轉慢、下限和保壓時間,。機器具有獨立的液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣系統(tǒng),，可實現(xiàn)手動調整和半自動及自動三種工作方式。每種工作狀態(tài)均可實現(xiàn)精確位移定程及定壓兩種壓制方式。

——工作環(huán)境溫度：0-55℃
——相對濕度：不大于85%
——電源電壓：380V±5% 50HZ
——海拔高度：不超過1500m
——液壓系統(tǒng)使用介質：68#抗磨液壓油
